Kate Lyn Sheil (nascida em 13 de junho de 1985) é uma atriz americana. Ela é conhecida principalmente por seus papéis em filmes independentes You're Next , V/H/S , The Color Wheel , The Sacrament e a premiada série da Netflix House of Cards . Sheil nasceu e cresceu em Jersey City, Nova Jersey . Ela estudou na Tisch School of the Arts da Universidade de Nova York , graduando-se em 2006 com um BFA em atuação. Ela também estudou atuação no Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute .
