Entre sus films destacan, El castillo de los misterios (1940), San Antonio (1945), Té para dos (1950), Abril en París (1952), Operación matrimonio (1953), Doris Day en el Oeste (1953), El talismán (1954) y El hijo de mama ((1956). C'mon, Let's Live a Little (1967), fue su último trabajo para la gran pantalla. Murió en Arcada, California el 14 de junio de 1979.
