Clodualdo del Mundo Jr. (born March 11, 1948) is a landmark Filipino screenwriter, film director, author, and educator. A key figure in Philippine modern cinema, he established the Communication Arts department at De La Salle University and earned acclaim for his collaborative screenwriting work during the Golden Age of Philippine Cinema.
His screenwriting filmography includes seminal classics such as Manila in the Claws of Light (1975), Itim (1976), Kakabakaba Ka Ba? (1980), Kisapmata (1981), Batch '81 (1982), 'Merika (1984), Mulanay (1996), Bayaning 3rd World (2000), and Markova: Comfort Gay (2000).
