Andrew Vabre „Andy“ Devine (7. Oktober 1905 – 18. Februar 1977) war ein US-amerikanischer Charakterdarsteller, bekannt für seine markante, raue Stimme und seine Rollen in Westernfilmen. Am bekanntesten ist er wohl für seine Rolle als Cookie, der Begleiter von Roy Rogers in zehn Spielfilmen. Er spielte auch an der Seite von John Wayne in Filmen wie „Stagecoach“ (1939), „Der Mann, der Liberty Valance erschoss“ und „Das war der Wilde Westen“ (beide 1962). Zudem ist er als Jingles in der Fernsehserie „Die Abenteuer von Wild Bill Hickok“ (1951–1958), als Danny McGuire in „Ein Stern geht auf“ (1937) und als Stimme von Bruder Tuck in dem Disney-Animationsfilm „Robin Hood“ (1973) in Erinnerung geblieben.
