Colby Minifie (* 31. Januar 1992; New York City, New York) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. Sie begann im Alter von elf Jahren mit der Schauspielerei und war Stipendiatin von YoungArts. 2014 schloss sie ihr Studium am William E. Macaulay Honors College am Hunter College ab. Minifie trat vier Jahre lang mit dem National Dance Institute auf. Sie war am Broadway, im Fernsehen und in Filmen zu sehen. Am bekanntesten ist sie für ihre Darstellung der Ashley Barrett in den Amazon Prime Video-Fernsehserien The Boys (2019) und Generation V (2023).
